SECTION 6 HEALTH HAZARDS PROTECTIVE MEASURES FIRST AID
Carcinogen: No
EYES: Severely corrosive to the eyes. Can cause severe irritation and burns. Use chemical goggles when handling. In the event of contact flush thoroughly with water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention.
SKIN: Can cause severe skin irritation and burns on repeated or prolonged contact. Use neoprene gloves and apron when handling. In the event of contact wash with water for 15 minutes.
INHALATION: Mist or vapors are highly irritating and can cause severe irritation and burns of the respiratory system with burning, choking, coughing, headaches and rapid heartbeat. High concentrations can be fatal.
INGESTION: Severely corrosive to the mouth, esophagus and mucous membranes. Drink large amounts of water. Get immediate medical attention.
IN ALL CASES: GET PROMPT MEDICAL ATTENTION IF ADVERSE EFFECTS PERSIST

STORAGE AND HANDLING: Keep containers tightly closed. Store in a cool, well ventilated area. Store away from incompatible materials such as sodium hypochlorite solution (bleach).
