EYES:              Can cause severe and/or permanent damage. Use chemical goggles when handling. In the event of contact flush with water for 15 minutes. Get immediate medical attention if symptoms develop.

 

SKIN:              Can cause severe skin irritation on contact. Use neoprene or rubber gloves and apron when handling. In the event of contact wash with water for 15 minutes. Take care to wash thoroughly under the finger nails. Apply 2 ½% Calcium Gluconate paste. Get immediate medical attention if symptoms develop.

 

INHALATION:           Mist or vapors can cause irritation of the respiratory system. Use a respirator with an acid cartridge. Provide good ventilation. Do not breathe vapors.

 

INGESTION:              Corrosive to the mouth, esophagus and mucous membranes. Drink large amounts of water or milk. Get immediate medical attention. Do not induce vomiting.

 

IN ALL CASES:          GET PROMPT MEDICAL ATTENTION IF ADVERSE EFFECTS PERSIST
